And I want you to be completely satisfied with your order and won’t be happy until you are.

But unfortunately that is not the case and there is always room for human error or a bit of cotton that wants to come loose. I think you know where I’m heading with this.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me by phone 07957 529 404 or email and I will do everything I can to rectify the problem.

I am sure you can appreciate that you’re custom/ personalised item cannot be rectified once sent for print. So please please check spellings/ dates and that you have made the correct selections before you commit to buy.  

If there is an error/fault been made at my end and you require a replacement, please send me a picture via email and I will get a new item sent out as soon as possible to avoid any further delay with a returns envelop for the faulty item.

You can return your item/s to me within 14 days of receipt and I will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as items are returned in the condition in which you received them. (Please let me know via email as soon as possible) – This does not apply to custom/ personalised printed items

For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel back with a tracked service that is insured to the value of the goods (as I cannot be held responsible for items until they are returned back to me)
